- Attachments (Tech Support Dump, Screenshots, Logs)
For Technical Issues, we recommend the description include;
- Repro steps, if the issue is reproducible
- Sequence of events that lead to the failure state
- Artifacts - Tech Support dump (tar.gz file), Logs, Command Outputs, Topology Diagram
